How Does Your Work Enable You to Connect to and Fulfill Your Life Purpose/Passion?

My work was a healing tool for me to get through a very difficult life experience. It’s our birthright to be happy and healthy each day. I want to pass this knowledge on to other women so we can grow together. We are all one. We all deserve peace and harmony.

Who Is Your Ideal Client and Why?

My ideal client for the Mindfulness through Trauma is someone who has been been through a traumatic experience of some kind. She has lost her way and needs empowerment tools. Clients for my Mindfulness Pilates class want to strengthen tone and shape their bodies with the relaxation techniques of meditation and Reiki.

What Unique Offerings Do You Provide?

I provide a Pilates class that will shape and tone you while strengthening the core and elongating your muscles. The meditation process trains your brain to focus and redirect your thoughts so you stay in the present moment. The Reiki (universal energy) encourages emotional and physical healing.

Who Was Your Role Model Growing Up? How Did That Person’s Actions Impact You?

My Mom was a great role model growing up. She was always so calm and very resilient even through the hardest times.

Favorite Place to Escape and Refuel?

In my bubble bath infused with rose essential oils, candles and Solfeggio Sound waves.

Top 3 Ways to Treat Yourself to Self-Care?

I love to give myself homemade facials while doing Self-Reiki, getting a Reiki massage with the use of essential oils, meditation with lovingkindness module.

How Do You Express Yourself Creatively?

I feel like I express myself creatively by teaching, inspiring learning and listening to one’s needs.

The Art Of Happiness by the Dalai Lama and Howard C. Cutler M. D. This beautiful book celebrates the service to others.

Favorite Movie and Why?

Wonder, I love the fact that a young child who was faced with a facial deformity was able to enter mainstream life with the help of his incredible parents and a huge heart

I do love the fact that I am able to talk to anyone. I love all walks of life and am always ready to meet more people. I love to smile. It’s contagious.
