How Does Your Work Enable You to Connect to and Fulfill Your Life Purpose/Passion?

My true purpose is to inspire and guide people to dance the joy of wholeness and my work helps me do that by teaching people to move and behave as an integrated whole.

Who Is Your Ideal Client and Why?

People who have muscle and joint excess tension, people who have poor posture, and people who spend too much time in their head at the expense of their body awareness. I work with everyone interested but I do have a special expertise working with yoga teacher trainees, teachers, and yoga practitioners.

What Unique Offerings Do You Provide?

I am an Alexander Technique (AT) teacher, a Thai Yoga therapist and a Reiki practitioner. The AT is the best kept secret of Olympic athletes and famous performers who swear by it because it helps them perform at their highest potential with optimal efficiency and safety.

Who Was Your Role Model Growing Up? How Did That Person’s Actions Impact You?

I did not have role models when I grew up but as a young adult, I was impacted by Thich Nhat Hahn and many other spiritual teachers after that! They have all taught me about gratefulness and compassion, about the value of authenticity and persistence towards a high goal beneficial for all concerned.

Advice to Younger Self?

Be aware that you are a spiritual being having a human experience. Don’t be too attached to the happenings of life. They come and go. Who you truly are remains. Let it shine.

What Do You Love Best About Yourself (physical trait or personality characteristic) and Why?

I am compassionate, inquisitive, adventurous, giving, strong, healthy, and youthful. I like these qualities of body and mind as they serve me well in my life journey and are at the same time an expression of the quality of that journey!
