Name of Your Business

Owning Your Journey.

How Does Your Work Enable You to Connect to and Fulfill Your Life Purpose/Passion?

I LOVE being able to help people and truly connect with them. My work allows me to meet clients one on one, where they are right now on their journey, and help them through physical touch and energetic presence to get to where they want to be.

Who Is Your Ideal Client and Why?

Anyone who wants to take better care of themselves. I strongly encourage people to be their own health advocate and incorporate holistic care into their lives. If you aren’t familiar with or comfortable with massage then I am the therapist for you.

What Unique Offerings Do You Provide?

On paper my services are on par with the industry but I treat every client as a unique individual each time I see them. Every session is customized to meet your unique needs at this time. No session is exactly like any other.

Who Was Your Role Model Growing Up? How Did That Person’s Actions Impact You?

I don’t recall having a role model growing up. I always knew I wasn’t like anyone else that I knew and I found more of what I didn’t want to be than anyone modeling behavior I admired.

Favorite Place to Escape and Refuel?

Flowing water with lots of rocks. Rivers, woods, waterfalls.

Top 3 Ways to Treat Yourself to Self-Care?

Massage. Meditation. Creative expression

How Do You Express Yourself Creatively?

I have taken to painting rocks that I find around my yard and on walks. I find I only really create pieces I love when I find the rock myself.

Last Memorable Book You Read and Why?

I love anything Neil Gaiman writes. His weird world views and incorporating fantasy into reality speaks to me. I’ve always felt that there is more out there than what we can see.

Favorite Movie and Why?

It’s tough for me to have an ongoing favorite anything. It’s all about the mood I’m in.

“Go to” Quote or Mantra that Grounds You?

Treat your body like it belongs to someone you love.

Accomplishment Are You Most Proud of?

I quit an 18 year career and restarted my whole life along with opening my own business.

You cannot help those who aren’t ready to change.

Advice to Younger Self?

Stop trying to fit into someone else’s mold.
