How Does Your Work Enable You to Connect to and Fulfill Your Life Purpose/Passion?

I love to help and guide people to achieve new levels of spirituality and awareness about themselves and the world we live in, while also assisting to bring about healing on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I also love to write poetry and fantasy fiction. Art and writing in all forms are my passion, including and especially the healing arts. I enjoy learning and researching new things all the time.

Who Is Your Ideal Client and Why?

My ideal client is someone who is open to new experiences and ready to change and grow.

What Unique Offerings Do You Provide?

Together with my mother I offer dual therapist integrated massage and energy bodywork sessions.

Who Was Your Role Model Growing Up? How Did That Person’s Actions Impact You?

I had many role models including but not limited to my grandmother, my mother, and Wonder Women. They all inspired me because they were strong, intelligent, and compassionate individuals.

Favorite Place to Escape and Refuel?

My Massage studio, a walk in nature, and/or the beach.

Top 3 Ways to Treat Yourself to Self-Care?

Take a walk, give gratitude, listen to my body.

How Do You Express Yourself Creatively?

Write poetry, write fantasy fiction, draw, paint, do stained glass.

Last Memorable Book You Read and Why?

Da Vinci Code, it was very thought provoking.

Favorite Movie and Why?

I have many favorite movies, but Harry Potter tops my favorite list because it is magical.

“Go to” Quote or Mantra that Grounds You?

I love, approve, forgive, accept, trust, respect, believe in, and am grateful to and for myself. Thank you for another glorious day. Everything happens in its own divine timing.

Accomplishment Are You Most Proud of?

Being true to myself and who I am and will become: daughter, wife, mother, healing facilitator, spiritual path guide, artist, poet, writer and published author.

Best Lesson Learned in Life So Far?

I am only me. I cannot be anyone else. I have the right to be happy. I am enough. I am only human.

Advice to Younger Self?

Don’t give up. You are stronger than you think. You’ll get there. Believe in yourself.

What Do You Love Best About Yourself (physical trait or personality characteristic) and Why?

I am love. I do not judge. These traits remind me we are all one, on our own journey, and need understanding and support sometimes when we may feel the most unlovable.

My mother. She loved me, supported me, allowed me to make my own decisions. She taught me up. She encouraged me. It helped me to become the person I am.

Favorite Place to Escape and Refuel?

My house in Maine or similar settings. I could sit on the dock and listen to the loons and watch the starry skies, walk in the woods. I loved it when the animals would come up on the deck. Peace invaded my soul.

Bodywork; walking, swimming, or some type of exercise; relaxing and reading.

How Do You Express Yourself Creatively?

Doing stained glass; developing and presenting classes, needle arts.

Conversations with God. It reinforced my beliefs.

DaVinci Code. It feels like truth.

My daughter. My 23 years as a nursing professor and how I contributed to Quincy College and the nursing profession.

Best Lesson Learned in Life So Far?

I live in the present where i can grow and change. I cannot change the past, but I can learn from it. I can aspire to change for the better in the future.

Keep going. You will do great things.
