I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with several years of continued education I am grateful to have the training and the intuitiveness to be your partner on the journey through healing and maintaining a healthy life. Your treatment experience will reveal that special attention will be paid to the body memory, In particular where the body stress settles from either repetitive movement or fear of recurring injury from old sports mishaps or through an accidental injury. Offering support through stressful situations in life while being able to balance the body reactions to everyday use.

Who Was Your Role Model Growing Up? How Did That Person’s Actions Impact You?

My father was and still is my role model. His demonstration of rising up to challenging situations has guided me to live greener, to get a better glimpse of what someone else might be going through and to be willing to find the answers no matter the challenge.

I love to garden and care for plants and helping others design and take care of their gardens. I love how that creativity can inspire others to be more proactive in producing green space in their neighborhoods.

Accomplishment Are You Most Proud of?

Driving across the U.S.A. and visiting as many places possible with only my dog Luna.I did it successfully without the use of GPS strictly with mile markers. Visiting from Savannah , GA to the Grand Canyon and beyond.

You don’t succeed unless you fail.
